Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Because Samsāra bars are perishable food products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. There is no return window or return shipping address because physical returns are not accepted.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item, email us as soon as possible at hello@samsaranutrition.com. Include your order number and photos when applicable so we can review the issue. When appropriate, we'll offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account after it has been issued.
