I made a protein bar because I hate protein bars.
Every bar I picked up suffered from chalky texture or a bad aftertaste. So I started making my own at home with cardamom, mango powder, coriander, the spices I grew up with. My friends started asking for more, and I decided to go all in and make it a business.
When my parents started eating them, the goal got bigger. 1 in 4 South Asians has diabetes, my mom and dad included. I couldn't find a single bar built for how we actually eat. Samsāra is the bar I look forward to eating every day.

All bars contain milk and almonds. Our Masala Peanut bar also contains peanuts. All bars are produced in a facility that processes peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and milk. They are free from gluten, eggs, and shellfish. Full ingredient lists are available on each product page.
A combination of allulose and monk fruit. Allulose is a rare sugar naturally found in figs and raisins. It tastes like sugar but doesn't spike your blood sugar. Monk fruit adds a touch of sweetness with no calories. No erythritol or stevia, which means no weird aftertaste.
Yes, 100% vegetarian. Each bar has 15g of protein and 7g of fiber with only 2g of sugar (4g for Golden Mango).
Every spice is vetted for quality and flavor, and we don't take shortcuts. There will never be artificial flavoring in our products.
