We source organic and non-GMO ingredients wherever possible, and we're continuously improving our sourcing as we grow. We're not a 5-ingredient bar by design—we believe in using scientific advancement and the latest research to create protein bars that support your metabolism, taste exceptional, and are kind to your gut.

Yes, we use glycerin and lecithin to make our bars softer and more enjoyable. The tradeoff? Zero artificial ingredients. We know protein bars are processed foods, especially with whey protein, so we're not claiming to be whole foods only. But we are thoughtful: every ingredient fights for its place. That's why you won't find gums, artificial flavors, or meaningless fillers in our bars.

  • Organic Almond Butter

    Our first ingredient in every bar. Made from organic almonds, it provides healthy monounsaturated fats, vitamin E, and magnesium. Almond butter creates our bars' creamy base while adding natural protein and satisfying richness.

  • Organic Coconut

    We use organic shredded coconut and shredded coconut, adding tropical sweetness, healthy fats, and delightful texture. Coconut provides medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) and fiber while enhancing flavor naturally.

  • Organic Mango Powder

    Freeze-dried organic mango ground into powder, preserving the fruit's natural sweetness, tang, and vibrant color. It provides authentic mango flavor and natural fruit sugars while adding vitamin C and fiber.

  • Organic Peanuts

    Whole organic peanuts in our Masala Peanut bar add crunch, protein, and that unmistakable roasted peanut flavor. We use real peanuts rather than just peanut butter to create textural variety and bold taste in every bite.

  • Organic Cocoa Butter

    Pure fat extracted from cacao beans, adding rich mouthfeel and helping create our bars' smooth texture. Cocoa butter contains healthy saturated fats and gives a subtle chocolate undertone while keeping ingredients bound together.

  • Protein Blend

    A blend of whey protein concentrate, milk protein isolate, and whey protein isolate. This combination provides a complete amino acid profile for muscle recovery and lasting satiety. Each protein type is selected for its unique properties—concentrate for rich flavor, isolate for purity and easy digestion.

  • Dairy Protein Crisps

    Made from milk protein isolate, these crisps add a satisfying crunch and extra protein without artificial additives. They provide texture contrast and help distribute protein throughout the bar for consistent nutrition in every bite.

  • Organic Allulose

    A rare sugar found naturally in small quantities in foods like figs and raisins. Allulose tastes and behaves like sugar but has virtually no calories and doesn't spike blood glucose. It's absorbed by the body but not metabolized, making it metabolically friendly while delivering authentic sweetness.

  • Organic Monk Fruit Extract

    A natural zero-calorie sweetener derived from monk fruit. We use it in small amounts to round out the sweetness profile without any bitter aftertaste. It's been used in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries and contains beneficial antioxidants called mogrosides.

  • Soluble Organic Tapioca Fiber

  • Organic Vegetable Glycerin

    This is what makes our bars soft and chewy rather than rock-hard. Glycerin is a natural humectant derived from plants that retains moisture. We use it intentionally—the alternative would be a dry, crumbly bar that's unpleasant to eat.

  • Organic Sunflower Lecithin

    A natural emulsifier derived from sunflowers that helps bind ingredients together and creates a smooth, cohesive texture. We choose sunflower over soy lecithin to avoid common allergens while achieving the perfect consistency.

  • Organic Natural Mango Flavor

    This is our only natural flavor, and we use it strategically in our Golden Mango bar. Real mango powder is subtle, so to achieve that punchy, authentic mango taste without loading up on sugar, we use a concentrated natural mango flavor in liquid form, with no dextrose or carrier sugars. It's the difference between a hint of fruit and a flavor that truly delivers.

    Real vanilla bean, ground to perfection. No extracts, no imitation, just pure organic vanilla that adds warm, aromatic depth to our bars. It's one of the world's most beloved flavors, and we use the real thing.

    We source spices inspired by the vibrant flavors of India: cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, fennel, black pepper, cloves, and turmeric.   • Lactic Acid & Calcium Lactate

    Used in our Golden Mango bar to recreate the tangy, yogurt-like quality of traditional lassi. Lactic acid provides authentic sourness while calcium lactate adds subtle dairy notes, making the bar taste like the real drink without needing actual yogurt.

  • Organic Yeast Powder

    Nutritional yeast adds a subtle savory, umami depth to our Masala Peanut bar. Rich in B vitamins and protein, it enhances the savory spice profile while contributing additional nutrients. It's the secret ingredient that makes savory flavors sing.

  • Almond Flour

    Finely ground blanched almonds that add body, protein, and a delicate nuttiness. Almond flour contributes to our bars' satisfying texture while boosting the nutrient profile with vitamin E and healthy fats.
