Our Story
Born from a craving
nothing could satisfy
Samsāra started in my kitchen with newborn twins, a pantry full of spices, and one question: why don't protein bars taste like real food? After leaving tech to become a mother, I lived on bland protein bars while my mom brewed chai that tasted like home. I kept thinking: why can't what I have to eat be as good as what I want to eat? So I started experimenting.
Between diaper changes, I created protein bars inspired by the bold flavors I grew up with: mango lassi, masala chai, warm spices. Samsāra (Sanskrit for “rebirth”) became proof that motherhood doesn't erase ambition. Even on three hours of sleep, you can build something meaningful.
